Position Duties/Responsibilities
- You will be providing administrative and program support, advice and guidance to co-workers, employees, and supervisors at various levels of the organization.
- You will provide technical support to the LER (Labor Employee Relations) team with management inquiries, employee suitability, discipline, adverse actions and performance management.
- You will prepare and review documentation to be processed and ensures the administrative action is complete and accurate before and after processing.
- You will be responsible for the establishment, review and closeout of administrative files and reports.
- You will review regulations, follow processes and procedures, and conduct research in order to provide advice and answers to customers.
