Position Description

You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER MARINE AVIATION DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (MADMS) in the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Aircraft Launch & Recovery Equipment Dept of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

  • You will identify program office and other discipline area support needed to meet assigned program requirements.
  • You will apply the tools and techniques of process identification and continuous process improvement in addressing program management problems and issues.
  • You will coordinate appropriate interface segments of the program with other program managers, management officials, and leadership.
  • You will synthesize critical management issues, documentation and relevant information to support program reviews.
  • You will evaluate work performance of team members and provided inputs to improve deliverables.
  • You will advise higher-level officials of program status and problems that require resolution.
