Description
SAIC is seeking a top-notch Facilities Project Manager, Industrial Control Systems (ICS) to join our talented team in Aurora, CO. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
This position is responsible for supporting, overseeing, and implementing the enterprise ICS strategy for an Intelligence Community client. The focus of this position is on operational technology (OT) but experience and expertise with information technology (IT) systems is required.
In this role you will support development and implementation of the ICS strategy; conduct end-to-end project management functions of the upgrade, extension, and recapitalization of the ICS network; and oversee assessments of the network and equipment.

Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

Responsibilities include:
- Act as the liaison, reporting to and coordinating with U.S. government representatives at multiple level.
- Coordinate resource allocation and maintain document control.
- Develop and deliver cost estimates.
- Maintain and report on project management data.
- Analyze and take the initiative to improve on organizational processes.
- Ensure full coordination, integration and change control of new and existing assets, systems, and services. The integration is to be done with minimal impact to mission operations.
- Develop ICS specifications.
- Assist with acquisition of services necessary to implement UMCS throughout the enterprise.

Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree and 15 years of demonstrated experience in facilities systems engineering, cyber engineering, IT engineering, or related field.
- Note: Professional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of OT systems and ensuring they are secure.
- Demonstrated experience with IT systems and how they support OT systems.
- Demonstrated project management skills associated with managing performance, budget, schedules, and adhering to control gates.

- Familiarity with the client.
- Project Management Institutes' PMP or equivalent project management certification.
