Amentum is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our PRA Commandant's team in Spokane, WA. This position provides information and administrative office support to our client PRA Commandant's office, PRA senior staff and serves as the primary interface for all visitors and inquiries to the office.

This is an hourly, overtime-eligible position that falls under the Service Contract Act (SCA). In accordance with the Health and Welfare provisions of the SCA, and in addition to your base hourly rate, you may be eligible to receive an additional health and welfare payment for each hour you work to ensure compliance with the minimums set forth by the act. The amount you are entitled to receive will vary depending upon the fringe benefits you select now and in the future.
Compensation & Benefits:
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $25 to $35 /hr (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all travel logistics for the PRA Commandant and PRA senior staff to include airline and hotel reservations, vehicle rental, passing clearances, creating trip books, filing travel vouchers upon return, etc.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement administrative and logistical tasks for senior officer and civilian visits, conferences, and awards, promotion, and retirement ceremonies.
- Manage the PRA Commandant's and senior staff daily event schedule. Coordinate with the divisions (or others) as needed to ensure leadership is prepared for the event.
- Act as the owner of the PRA's Executive Calendar and manage its daily changes using Microsoft Office products. Lead weekly calendar meetings to synchronize the Commandant's schedule.
- Serves as the Commandant's Group records manager.
- Manage all correspondence coming to the front office by tracking its status and location until signed by the appropriate JPRA/PRA staff
- Review all correspondence coming into the Commandant's group for spelling, grammar, consistency, clarity, readability and ensure it meets the formatting and content standards of the Air Force and/or Joint Staff.
- Maintain and order (as needed) all office supplies for the Commandant's staff.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
- Two (2) years' relevant experience performing similar administrative tasks for a military/government organization.
- Excellent customer-service skills and the ability to focus on details.
- Strongly skilled with:
- Microsoft Office
- SharePoint and Records Management.
- Defense Travel System (DTS).
- Organizational and management skills.
- Knowledge of DOD Records Management Procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Secret US Government Security clearance.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Ability to adjust and adapt to changing requirements and deadlines.
- Ability to communicate orally clearly, concisely and in writing to support efforts at all organizational levels.
- Ability to present a positive image of the organization.
- Ability to coordinate the appointments, meetings, and make travel arrangements.
- Strong proof reading and editing ability.
