Restore System Administrator

• Assist in the restoration of files\profiles and mailboxes using backup applications NetBackup, Avamar, Commvault
• Willing to work in the Data Center to facilitate tape movements for data restores.
• Assist customers with file management, profile standards, and e-mail organization
• Profile and permission structure knowledge
• Resolution and ticket handling awareness to align with SLA obtainment

Required Skills

• HS diploma or GED AND 15 years of experience or Bachelor's degree AND 10 years of experience
• Profile and permission structure knowledge
• Resolution and ticket handling awareness to align with SLA obtainment
• IAT Level 1 Required
• CompTIA Security+ CE
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required

The salary range for this role is $48, 000 - $98,000. This range is a good faith estimate that reflects various experience levels.
