- Resolution and ticket handling awareness to align with SLA obtainment

Required Skills
- HS diploma or GED AND 15 years of experience or Bachelor's degree AND 10 years of experience
- Profile and permission structure knowledge
- Resolution and ticket handling awareness to align with SLA obtainment
- IAT Level 1 Required
- CompTIA Security+ CE
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required

The salary range for this role is $48, 000 - $98,000. This range is a good faith estimate that reflects various experience levels.
