Telecommunication Technician

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for the configuration, troubleshooting, installation, or removal of Voice and Video endpoints.
• Serve as Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for configuration, and troubleshooting of user profiles within the Skype for Business application and Active Directory
• Responsible for creating, modifying, and removing Voicemail user profiles on the Voice Infrastructure.
• Responsible for configuration of the Voice and Video Conferencing Systems
• Responsible for responding to security incident reports
• Works with customer tickets in the SupportIT ticketing system.

Required Skills

• HS diploma or GED AND 19 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree AND 14 years of experience
• Communication Skills
• Creative Problem Solving
• IAT Level 1 Required
• CompTIA Network+ CE
• CompTIA Security+ CE
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required

The salary range for this role is $66,000 - $133,000. This range is a good faith estimate that reflects various experience levels.
