- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for the configuration, troubleshooting, installation, or removal of Voice and Video endpoints.
- Serve as Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for configuration, and troubleshooting of user profiles within the Skype for Business application and Active Directory
- Responsible for creating, modifying, and removing Voicemail user profiles on the Voice Infrastructure.
- Responsible for configuration of the Voice and Video Conferencing Systems
- Responsible for responding to security incident reports
- Works with customer tickets in the SupportIT ticketing system.
Required Skills
- HS diploma or GED AND 19 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree AND 14 years of experience
- Communication Skills
- Creative Problem Solving
- IAT Level 1 Required
- CompTIA Network+ CE
- CompTIA Security+ CE
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required

The salary range for this role is $66,000 - $133,000. This range is a good faith estimate that reflects various experience levels.
