Required Qualifications: Twenty (20) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. (NOTE: Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree). Certifications: Compliance with DoD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAM Level II (CAP or CASP+ CE or CISM or CISSP (or Associate) or GSLC or CCISO or HCISPP)

Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Demonstratable full stack development experience deploying web-based solutions in cloud environments
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript experience
- Extensive experience with at least one of the following: C#, Java, PHP, and/or Python
- Experience leading teams/projects through all phases of the development lifecycle
- Experience mentoring junior staff
- Comfortable briefing senior management
- Support multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent troubleshooting capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willingness to expand current skillset
- This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.
- Work to be performed in Laurel, MD.
Desired skills:
- AWS experience (e.g. EC2, ASG, Lambda, etc.)
- Experience with VUE.js, Node.js, React, and Git
- Experience working in both Linux and Windows development environments
- Experience with IIS, Apache Tomcat and/or Nginx
- Querying and designing relational databases in MariaDB/MySQL, MS SQL, or Oracle
