Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Business Development Executive to join a leading professional services company. The Business Development Executive will help to drive growth, identify new opportunities, and win contract awards in the USMC/Navy domains. This is a senior level role focused on deal identification, qualification, and capture. It is based remote but requires travel 25-40% of the time to meet with clients as needed.

Responsibilities for the Business Development Executive include:
  • Develop growth strategy for the organization, identify new business opportunities, qualify deals, and implement strategies to ensure high win probability.
  • Monitor market trends, perform analysis, provide and develop reports and updates on growth performance.
  • Advise the executive team on target partnerships, establish strategic partnerships.

Required Qualifications for the Business Development Executive include:
  • 7+ years of experience with executive level business development and growth
  • Proven ability to win revenue-generating contracts
  • Experience working with Navy/USMC and winning programs in these areas
  • TS/SCI Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree

Compensation for the Business Development Executive Officer:

• Salary Range: $150,000-250,000 **depending on experience**
