Trilogy Innovations is seeking a Title Abstractor 1099 Consultant to ensure ownership of properties and create supporting documents for that ownership. As well as support the onboarding process into our premier revenue management software. This project based position will be for a 6 to 12 month engagement.
Responsibilities
The 1099 Title Abstractor will be responsible for completing a chain of titles and utilize ArcGIS to navigate and update base maps. This position will require travel to courthouses in West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio and surrounding states. Esimated 40 hours per week.

Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Must have 1 to 3 years of experience in a Title Abstract Role and with tax deeds.
- The ability to complete a chain of titles including extracting Tax Map Parcels (TMP) using farm maps or coal maps and the chain of title itself.
- Understanding the language of Titles, specifically in the state of West Virginia.
- Must know how to use digital courthouse, idx, and be familiar with the book room of a courthouse.
- At least 1 year experience using ArcGIS to navigate and update base maps.
