The Opportunity:

CACI is searching for a Stakeholder Engagement Lead to join our team!
Partnership and collaboration are key to our vision. This position resides on the Strategic Command (STRACOM) Information Technology Lifecycle Support (SCITLS) program in support of USSTRATCOM. The Stakeholder Engagement Lead will develop, implement and manage the SCITLS Stakeholder Engagement Plan with the program customer stakeholders (STRATCOM J6 Staff), FEDSIM, Mission Partners, SCITLS Program Senior Leaders, Partners and supporting Vendors.

This position requires an extensive technical/operational background in DOD IT Enterprise Environments and a Knowledge of the current and future technologies utilized in Combatant Commands and an understand of Enterprise IT Strategy and 5-year technology plans. This position also requires a high level of interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills, collaboration, and relationship building. The Stakeholder Engagement Lead must have the technical aptitude to engage in meaningful technology discussions with the STRATCOM J6 Stakeholders and mission partners and must have experience effectively communicating (orally and written) at the senior level (GO/FO & SES level).

The fulltime work location is Omaha, Nebraska.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage and advise on relationships with external organizations; build and sustain mutually beneficial relationships built on a firm understanding of one another's policies and strategic priorities.
  • Schedule reoccurring stakeholder engagements with the STRACOM J6 Stakeholders to validate priorities, understand intent, synchronize and coordinate SCITLS efforts across JDIRS, identify and work with the program team to remediate gaps in support, deconflict scheduling items, monitor and identify performance gaps and ensure our product delivery is in-line with the customer's intent.
  • Support tools purchase requirements, professional services requirements and technical direction letter (TDL) requirements ensuring that the program team understands the requirement from a customer's point of view and will assist with the product deliverables (as required) ensuring we are providing what the customer requested in terms of scope, schedule and cost.
  • Track key Stakeholders for negative IT Enterprise impacts (outages, quality of service, deliverables), work with the SCITLS program team for mitigation actions and keep the impacted Stakeholder abreast of the remediation.
  • Report directly to the SCITLS Program Manager and will interface and advise the SCITLS Business Office, ITSMO, and Task Leads on STRATCOM J6 Stakeholder priorities, intent, strategy, disconnects, concerns, deconfliction and new/changing requirements.
  • Advise and make recommendations to the PM and staff based on engagements with the customer.
  • Work with the program team to ensure we are in alignment with the STRACOM J6 stakeholders.
  • Interface with the 18 STRATCOM J6 mission partners to form partnerships, coordinate support, and deconflict efforts and schedules.
  • Develop, implement, execute and update a living SCITLS Stakeholder Engagement Plan along with a Stakeholder Issue Mitigation Tracker.
  • Schedule reoccurring updates with key STRATCOM J6 Stakeholders and will schedule reoccurring updates with other Stakeholders as required.
  • Attend the weekly SCITLS program management meeting, the monthly program management review (PMR) meeting and will schedule a reoccurring Stakeholder Engagement meeting with the SCITLS PM and senior SCITLS Program leaders.


Qualifications:

Required:
  • Minimum Security Clearance - TS/SCI
  • B.S. in an IT- technology or engineer field.
  • Solid understanding of the IT technical environment, systems, equipment, software, and applications supported by the STRATCOM J6 including understanding of operational and technical requirements in the SCITLS TOR.
  • A minimum of 10- years' experience in one of/ or a combination of the following roles: Network/ System Engineering, Enterprise IT Architecture, IT Enterprise Operations and/or Technology Officer with a minimum of 5 years' experience working in DoD Combatant Command.
  • A minimal 5-years' experience providing written technical products, briefings and in-person engagements with senior DoD and non-DoD officials (CO/ GO, GS15/SES level).
  • Great communication & interpersonal skills and can discuss and brief DoD IT technology areas and technology strategy.
  • Experience in negotiations and team building.
  • Experience in a quality assurance environment that includes, at a minimum, knowledge of customer satisfaction tracking; user complaint and monitoring programs; and quality control (QC)/ quality assurance (QC) systems reviews and analysis.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$95,500-$210,100
