The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a mid level Program Finance Analyst with a TS/SCI POLY to work in our Reston office support a classified customer. This is a Hybrid role in Reston, VA.

Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively as a member of the PFA team, supporting the program and taking direction from the PFA Lead.
  • Provide financial support to the program manager during the preparation and analysis of project financial and scheduling data.
  • Collaborate with other functional support personnel (contracts, subcontractors, HR, etc.) to support the program manager with various complex contract, project, or business-related tasks.
  • Ensure accounting, billing, finance, and funding are properly aligned in the relevant systems.
  • Prepare project cost and schedule baselines, monthly financial reports, and assist in the preparation of monthly program review materials and participate in monthly PMR meetings.
  • Assist in the development of the annual operating plan and long-range plan.
  • Identify and quantify potential risks and opportunities not in the forecast.
  • Support the monthly business rhythms of both the program and the finance organizations.
  • Provide critical funding run-out dates to the customer to ensure seamless support and maintain a strong customer relationship.
  • Support internal financial reporting deliverables as directed by the PFA Manager, such as monthly variance analysis and monthly forecast updates.
  • Respond to customer and vendor requests for data in support of contract requirements and provide statistical reports regarding client funding utilization.
  • Support the decision-making of the program team with analysis and recommendations regarding the implementation of financial plans and operating forecasts to ensure effective execution of program objectives.
  • Develop accurate and timely monthly performance reports for the programs and projects.
  • Track and troubleshoot DSO metrics, implementing strategies to reduce outstanding receivables and improve cash flow.
  • Manage administrative duties related to our partners, fostering strong relationships and effective collaboration.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in program finance using financial management software (SAP, ORACLE ERP, SmartView, COGNOS reporting, Costpoint).
  • Must have a TS/SCI POLY.
  • Must be well experienced working with big data sets with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skillset (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with an ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Possess the ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot/reprioritize deadlines to ensure accurate and timely deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be well organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$71,500 - $150,200
