Security Administrator - JCER

The Garrett Group is in search of a dedicated Security Administrator to fulfill critical duties at the Joint Center for Electromagnetic Readiness (JCER). This role is pivotal in conducting routine assessments of service deployment certification events and mandatory prerequisite training essential for deployments supporting Combatant Commands (CCMDs). JCER maintains high standards of compliance with established protocols such as the Universal Joint Tasks (UJTs) and the EMOE Characterization Framework.

Qualifications:

Required Experience:

• Proficiency in managing Special Access Programs using Joint Access Database Enterprise (JADE), including pre-screening, program access requests (PARs), Transfer of Access (TOA) approvals, Special Access Program Indoctrination Agreement (SAPIA), and Debriefing acknowledgements.
• Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated relevant experience.
• Experience in ensuring appropriate approval of data collection at various classification levels.
• Ability to publish and route for signature SAPCO memorandums for data transfer, courier letters, and deployment plans.

Duties Include:

• Assist in developing and implementing security plans in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD), USSTRATCOM, Service, installation, and other applicable system policies.
• Support in ensuring all systems are properly classified, managed, and maintained.
• Assist in ensuring personnel complete system security training, maintain systems, security training records, and manage access lists for systems and facilities.
