Responsibilities
- Responsible for the quality and integrity of the local CM process; initiates, tracks, and coordinates CM tickets using ticketing system; and ensures local CM tickets are completed promptly and closed successfully.
- Collaborates with Stakeholders on CM processes and procedures; attends and contributes to CM meetings and planning sessions; creates executive-level briefings related to CM processes and initiatives; and creates, updates, and maintains internal CM process/procedure SOPs.
- Additionally, the Lead creates recurring and ad hoc reports for the Program Manager and creates technical reports as required by the Government Lead.
- Responsible for training new employees as they join the Change Management Team and developing and maintaining positive and productive working relationships with the customer, fellow Team Leads, Program Manager, and their team.
- Communicates frequently with government and contractor counterparts regarding all aspects of change request work scope and collaborates with subject matter experts in all IT functional areas in support of change management work scope.
- Ensures configuration items are properly identified and accurate.
- Enforces cybersecurity requirements and standards when reviewing, creating, modifying, maintaining, facilitating, monitoring, completing, and cancelling service requests and change requests.
- Applies ITIL framework practices in the performance of work scope that align with established and evolving change management process, procedure, charters, and policy, and prevents and reports abuse and circumventing of request processes for service requests and change requests.
- Performs duties in compliance with the NIST 800-53 Risk Management framework of control families and applicable controls.
- Adheres to all applicable Dept of the Army G2, DAMI-IM, policies when performing change management work scope.
Qualifications
- Active DoD TS/SCI clearance (as recorded in JPAS/DISS)
- Four years of related Change Management experience
- Bachelor's Degree (or DoD 8750 Level 3 Certification)
- Excellent skill in customer service, writing, and briefing
- Ability to analyze customer requests for change process requirements
Desired Qualifications:
- Certification - ServiceNow
- Certification - ITILv3 Foundation (or greater)
- High proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proficiency using MS Visio and SharePoint
- Experience briefing senior military/civilian DoD personnel
- Strong ability to coordinate and lead business efforts
- Experience executing and maintaining change processes
