Raytheon - Advance Products Solution (APS) is seeking a Manager, Program Management to help oversee a program area within the Electro-Optical and Infrared Solutions (EOIRS) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU).

What You Will Do

• Implement plans, processes, and business goals
• Manage costs and schedules; develop multi-year proposal and estimates
• Interface with program team to implement contractual requirements and ensure production efforts remain on time and within budget
• Coordinate and maintain Program Management Plans and Program Directives, consistent with program requirement s
• Work with the Program Management Office and Functional leads to implement and drive closure of corrective actions as warranted
• Prepare for customer program reviews and customer visits
• Deploy disciplined program management best practices, processes, and resources to achieve effective implementation of program requirements
• Travel, up to 10%, to participate in domestic business engagements

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8 years of relevant e xperience
• 2 years minimum experience leading cross-functional teams (such as Project Management , Material Program Management , Control Account Manager, Integrated Product Team Lead, etc)
• E xperience supporting Proposal, Cost Estimating or BOE generation
• Experience engaging and reporting out to all levels of executive stakeholders
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite resources
• A bility to obtain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required for consideration . U.S. citizenship is required , as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience balancing technical/cost/schedule constraints
• Field support and/or depot operations experience
• Production programs with demonstrated coordination, planning and teaming skills, particularly with factory personnel and external material sources experience
• E xperience working with Risk and Opportunity management practices
• Effective interpersonal skills especially in team building and customer relationships
• Excellent communication , dedicated work ethic, a willingness to learn on the job, and a committed to being an active participant in our team and customer focused culture
• Experience using one or more of the following program management resources: Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), or similar business processes

We Are RTX

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
