The Advanced Sensors program area of Raytheon's Advanced Technology/ Air Spectrum Dominance (ASD) business is seeking a motivated Program Controls Leader. You will expand your experience while supporting and leading other program controls analysts on critical inter-company (IOT) activities totaling $300M+. This role requires significant collaboration with our internal partners as well as the program director, program managers, control account managers (CAMs) and functional leaders. You will provide direct guidance to supporting all program controls processes to include EACs, Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) requirements with submittal of IPMR, CFSR as well as participation in required internal and external audits. In addition, you will be a participant on the successful implementation of proposals, gate reviews and consolidated program area financial reporting.
You must be able to communicate effectively and coordinate between a diverse team of people. Strict attention to detail and focus on customer satisfaction is required to ensure the team meets the bold demands of this highly active business environment.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

What you Will Do
- Preparing and approving financial deliverables for internal and external reviews (EACs, Program Reviews, Customer SDRLs, Earned Value).
- External Earned Value Management .
- Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning using standardized processes, tools and reports. (APEX, PRISM, PMX).
- Supporting ad-hoc requests for program financial management.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires 8 years' experience in finance or related business role; OR an advanced degree and 5 years' experience in finance or related business role.
- Experience in Program Controls executing with EVMS.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel).
- Experience using SAP Business Systems (APEX, PRISM, BW).
- Experience with Program Management (PMX) Tool Suite.
- Security Clearance - The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Thorough attention to detail and work quality.
- Ability to perform independently and in team environments.
- Experience in DFARS external Earned Value Management Reporting.
- Work experience in a production-oriented business.
- Demonstrated ability for collaboration in a team environment and lead teams to success.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence in a matrix organization.

- This position is grade P4, Manager, Program Controls.
- Onsite : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
