The U.S. Army Counterintelligence Command (USACIC) is seeking a highly qualified Contracts Specialist to support the G6 Program Management Office. The Contracts Specialist will be responsible for managing and administering contracts in accordance with FAR, DFARS, and other relevant policies, as well as providing expert advice on procurement and budgetary matters.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Prepare and administer terms and conditions for USACIC contracts, with a focus on FAR Part 35 (Research and Development).
  • Assist in contract negotiations and manage contract modifications.
  • Analyze procurement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Evaluate proposed costs and pricing structures.
  • Track and project current G6 budgets and monitor the Program Objective Memorandum (POM).
  • Prepare required contract file documentation per FAR, DFARS, and other relevant policies.
  • Analyze complex contracting issues and recommend appropriate courses of action, particularly for contracts with tight deadlines.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior G6 program and acquisition officials.

Required Skills, Experience & Education
  • Active TS/SCI clearance and willing to submit to CI Polygraph if requested
  • 5+ years of experience with government contracts
  • In-depth knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and other relevant regulations.
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation and budget tracking.

The proposed salary for this position is:

$125,000 - $208,200 USD
