Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Engineer IV - Digital Engineering Lead to join our Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) team in the Los Angeles, CA
This position will be supporting Assured Access to Space, Space Systems Command, United States Space Force.

This position will be supporting Assured Access to Space, Space Systems Command, United States Space Force.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage a multifunctional team developing cloud-based Digital Engineering and Model Based Systems Engineering solutions.
- Assist in process development, roadmap modifications, and sprint execution.
- Work hands on to accomplish required tasks and assist others develop skills through expert knowledge.
- Become a trusted advisor to the Space Force and meet them where they are at in their digital transformation journey to provide near term improvements.
- Ensure the strategic vision of the government's digital needs through a systems engineering and integrator mindset.
- Gather requirements and stakeholder needs to develop solutions that increase productivity in areas such as launch vehicle acquisitions, ground operations, manufacture, test, and support systems.
- Support the government in developing an integrated solution with their multitude of digital efforts and vendors.
- Oversee the implementation of digital engineering solutions in enterprise and custom environments.
- Oversee the development of Model-Based solutions for National Security Space Launch and be the liaison for MBSE efforts across AATS and SSC.
- Oversee the team's systems administration in government systems of tools such as Palantir Foundry, Microsoft Suite, Atlassian Jira/Confluence, and more.
- Provide mentorship to other ManTech employees, as needed, to continue to build teamwork and synergy within our organization and with our government customer.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering or STEM.
- Minimum of 15 years' experience as a as a systems engineer, technical PM, or other related areas.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and develop strategic level solutions to address customer needs.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders and synergize opportunities to meet customer requirements.
- Experience working with senior level DoD leadership in a Program Office environment.
- Proven track record of developing innovative solutions through engineering first principles and leading projects in an agile environment.
- Knowledge of digital and software tools such as coding languages (i.e. JavaScript, Python, C++), databases (i.e. PostgreSQL, MongoDB, CassandraDB), DevOps (CI/CD, AWS or similar cloud infrastructure), and modeling languages (i.e. UML, DoDAF, SysML, UAF).
- Demonstrated competency in Microsoft tools including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Information Technology (IT) systems and SharePoint-type databases.
- Systems engineering fundamentals with respect to requirements and requirements verification.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making, successful collaboration with multiple agencies and personnel, excellent oral and written communication skills.
Security Clearance Requirements:
- Must have an Active TS SCI Clearance
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
