Responsibilities

SITEC 3 EOM Cost Control Lead Associate

Peraton requires a Cost Control Lead Associate to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) - 3 EOM Program. The SITEC 3 EOM Program operates from positions at the SOCOM Headquarters at MacDill, AFB FL, and at the TSOC and Component locations in the United States and abroad. This specific position is part of the Program Management Office (PMO) and is located at the PMO in Tampa, FL
The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user who operate around the globe 24x7x365.

As the Lead Associate, you will work with the program's travel, logistics, and deployment teams, to fill a critical role supporting the program's overall business operations with responsibility for cost control related to all expenditures for travel, logistics, and deployments. These expenditures include costs associated with travel to include lodging and per diem, procurement and other direct costs, and OCONUS uplifts to include HOLA, COLA, and other allowances. You will work directly with PMO leadership, the travel, logistics, and deployment teams, and with local SOCOM J6 ITMO and FEDSIM personnel to track all non-labor related expenditures. You will coordinate with senior program leadership and program and corporate finance personnel to ensure tracking of all program expenditures.

You may be required to work a non-standard work schedule to support the USSOCOM mission.

Location: Tampa, FL (Program Management Office - Lincoln Center - Westshore Area)

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• A DoD SECRET Security Clearance or higher is required for this position
• A Bachelor's degree with 5 years' experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years, or 0 years of experience with a PhD is required for this position
• Previous experience in a cost control analyst role is required for this position.
• Prior experience supporting a DoD organization required.
• Knowledge and understanding of FAR, DFAR, JFTR, HOLA, COLA, OCONUS uplifts, and procurement procedures is required.
• Experience with use of tools to determine MIE rates, Per Diem, etc., required.
• Candidate will be required to be on-site in the Program Management Office in Tampa, FL (Westshore area)

Target Salary Range

$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
