The Joint, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Interagency Division provides expert support services to a range of customers spanning across the Department of Defense, Federal Civilian, and international markets. JOID provides a diverse portfolio of analytical and programmatic capabilities to help our customers make informed decisions on their most challenging issues.

SPA provides critical decision support to enabling and executing a strategy of technological superiority and enabling the delivery and sustainment of secure, resilient, and preeminent capabilities to the warfighter quickly and cost effectively. Our team of experienced military, technical, and operations research analysts is skilled in evaluating military problems, identifying the driving factors, devising innovative approaches, collecting applicable data, developing necessary software tools, and performing thorough and timely assessments to inform technology and acquisition governance decisions to ensure U.S. military forces retain military superiority in the future.

We have an immediate need for a Cyber Test Lead to provide either remote or hybrid support out of Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities

The Cyber Test Lead will be the lead for the Test and Evaluation Technical Area of a classified DARPA Program. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing test plans with performers, and coordianting with various test ranges and orginizations to get necessary approvals for airworthiness and range safety. The individual will manage regular interactions with the developer teams to ensure flight safety. Will apply experience in cyber development and testing of advanced aircraft autonomy, and work within the Tactical Technology Office to support programs with this immediate need. The successful candidate will need to have experience working on DARPA programs, relationships with DARPA stakeholders, and experience in Test and Evaluation of advanced aircraft autonomy.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with at least 10 years of experience.
  • Master's degree in an engineering discipline.
  • Relationships with USAF stakeholders of DARPA TTO Programs.
  • Experience leading small teams from design through flight testing efforts.

Desired:
  • Previous DoD and USAF experience.
  • Previous successful Flight Test experience on Unmanned Systems.
