Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement manufacturing processes, procedures, and layouts.
Drive the adoption of automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing software.
Optimize manufacturing processes and digital instructions using 3D models.
Define operations procedures and build sequences for operational excellence.
Evaluate equipment performance and initiate corrective actions.
Develop statistical process control and integrate data analytics for continuous improvement.
Provide input on product design to optimize manufacturing techniques.
Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing, working with industrial engineering, planning, scheduling, and Quality Assurance.
Hands-on experience with fabrication, assembly, machining, and electrical processes.
Experience with lean manufacturing and process improvements.
Proficiency with MRP systems, SAP, or other MES applications.
Strong "first-time build" product development experience.
Must-Have:
Proficiency in Catia V5
Experience with structural assembly or sub-systems
Aviation experience
Secret Clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years
This is a FIRST Shift only position
