We are seeking a highly skilled All Source Analyst to perform the full spectrum of geospatial analysis integrating National Technical Means (NTM) derived imagery, technical communication expertise, and cultural understanding of the human terrain. The ideal candidate will support operational influence teams, warfighters, and senior decision-makers by addressing Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs) and responding to Requests for Information (RFIs). This role requires strong consulting skills, technical GEOINT expertise, and the ability to produce high-quality operational planning and decision-making products in a dynamic environment. TOP SECRET/SCI (ACTIVE) Clearance REQUIRED.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive geospatial analysis using multi-source imagery and by collaborating across multiple intelligence and information sources to support mission-critical intelligence requirements.
• Exploit imagery through tools such as Remote View, SOCET GXP, and iSpy.
• Utilize geospactial analysis and production tools, including Cedalion, GETS, NPW, Fade Mist, Thresher, Bohdi, and similar applications.
• Author and deliver information papers and reports merging classified and unclassified information from a variety of sources with precision and accuracy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet client information and decision- making needs.
• Maintain flexibility in work hours to adapt to mission-critical requirements.

Qualifications

Required
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of focused GEOINT experience; OR
• High school diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years of focused GEOINT experience.
• GEOINT/GIS certifications may substitute for a degree in certain technical roles.
• Proven expertise in exploiting NTM imagery and experience using advanced exploitation tools.
• Strong familiarity with GEOINT production tools and software applications.
• TS/SCI clearance (active).

Desired Qualifications:
• Experience working across trans-regional, strategic competition problem sets.
• Previous background and experience military Information Operations, MISO, or Influence Operations.
• Previous experience in NGA facilities or Geographic Combatant Commands.
• Completion of a military service MOS/AFSC/NOS granting All Source, GEOINT, and/or HUMINT certifications.
• GEOINT Professional Certification – Fundamentals Imagery Analyst Level II (IA-II).
