Edgewater Federal Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Systems Engineer III (Storage). In this Storage Administration role, you will be responsible for design, deployment, testing, certification, patching, addressing interoperability issues, not only of the base storage system, but for all features, components, and application dependencies - to include Storage Area Network (SAN), Network Attached Storage (NAS), Tape, local disk, Fibre Channel, iSCSI, etc.
This is onsite in EITHER Pocatello, ID , Huntsville, AL or in Clarksburg, WV
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree is preferred and a minimum of 10 years of storage related experience, an advanced mainstream storage vendor certification
U.S. Citizenship is required per contract to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance with SCI-CI poly.
Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI-CI Poly eligibility
• Experience with deployment, configuration, and maintenance of storage systems like SAN, NAS, object and file storage.
• Experience with configuration, and maintenance of storage arrays and diverse brands of physical hardware.
• Experience with various storage protocols like iSCSI, NFS, FC, and FICON.
• Extensive storage experience with virtual and physical environments.
