Job Title: Business Operations Analyst

Location: Linthicum Heights, MD (Hybrid)

Clearance Requirement: Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

Job Summary: The candidate will support Organizational Development and Liaison Officer (LNO) Government Leads. This role involves creating, building, evolving, and updating content to further the mission, assist with change management, and implement organizational development strategies. The candidate will contribute to products delivered to stakeholders across various organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Government Lead in developing and updating content to steer the mission.
• Facilitate change management and support leadership training development.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Generate surveys, compile data, and make recommendations.
• Create and implement organizational development strategies.
• Partner to identify process enhancement opportunities.
• Support virtual and in-person events (travel within the National Capitol Region expected).
• Curate content on various knowledge management portals.

Qualifications:

• Active/Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Relevant experience: HS 9+, AS 7+, BS 5+, MS 3+, PhD 0+ years.
• Experience in training and development, employee engagement, wellness, analyst, or high-level administrative support.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Desired Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Six Sigma Certification.
