Network Specialist (Shift Work)

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Network Specialist to join a DoD program supporting an Army NOC located in Ft Belvoir, VA. The Network Specialist will support the NOC environment by providing tier 2 support for the network infrastructure, and helping out end-users with any software or hardware issues. This is a shift role with shifts Sunday-Tuesday from 6am-6pm, and every other Wednesday for 8 hours. This position would upgrade a Top Secret clearance to a CI Polygraph.

Responsibilities for the Network Specialist include:

• Provide tier 2 NOC support
• Troubleshoot, install, maintain, and configure Cisco and Juniper Routers and Switches, Dell PCs, and other network infrastructure
• Support data-entry, work with SolarWinds and ensure devices are conencted ot the network and it is secure

Required Qualifications for the Network Specialist include:

• 5+ Years of experience with Network Administration

• Active IAT II Certification: CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, CySA+, or equivalent/higher

• Must have an Active Top Secret Clearance with CI Polygraph eligibility

Compensation for the Network Specialist include:

• Salary Range: $100,000-110,000 **depending on experience**
