Agile Technical Writer

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Agile Technical Writer to support business process improvement efforts for a major application in Annapolis Junction, MD. This role will be key for anyone that has thorough understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, documentation skills, and experience supporting government applications. The performance for this role will be performed remotely with only 2 days worked onsite every 2 weeks.

Responsibilities:

· Provide product, program and/or technical development, and design documentation support related to deliverables generated by our operation teams.

· Work with technical architects to understand the exact requirement related to documentation and deliver the same as per customer's timelines.

· Able to autonomously review existing SDLC documentation and identify documents impacted by the updated processes and manage the update, business review, and approval of the documentation

· Output includes written or visual product/process/technical documentation, online information, graphic design and strong verbal and non-verbal communication between different work streams

Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience writing technical documents including visual representations with Visio, SharePoint, or similar tools

· Experience writing SDLC technical policies and procedures

· Agile Processes & Process Improvement

· Must be able to obtain & maintain US Government Secret Security Clearance

Compensation Package:

· 90k-110k Salary
