What does this role look like?
Join a fast paced dynamic team where you will lead a small multidisciplinary team of engineers and be responsible for the development, certification, and delivery of a modified flight telemetry system (FTS) that will support initial and continuing evaluation of deployed re-entry vehicle assets that are critical to our nation's strategic deterrence.
Key activities you will accomplish in this role:
• Research, design, develop, troubleshoot and test a variety of electronic equipment and systems.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Communicate technical information to stakeholders including: project managers, customers and suppliers
To be effective in this role, you will need:
• 5+ years professional experience; 3+ years with Masters degree.
• Willing and able to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret clearance, thus US Citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Experience with:
- electronics design, analysis, test, and troubleshooting
- circuit design, schematic capture, and analysis
• Ability to get and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Ability to work on-site in King of Prussia, PA
Desired Skills:
• Experience with FPGA design, circuit analysis, and Zuken CR8000.
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal, in person and remote.
• Self-motivated & willing to dive into problems that may exist outside their comfort zone (i.e, support investigate for production processes, if any).
• Demonstrated ability to quickly close out near-term tasking or address in a timely fashion.
• Demonstrated understanding of Electrical or Electronics theories and principles.
• Excellent analytical skills.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
