The Work
As a Test Equipment Technician Sr., your role will involve providing technical support to the digital and RF STE build team. Your responsibilities will include:
Maintenance, Repair, and Calibration: Conducting routine and specialized calibration, maintenance, and repair of critical test equipment and systems, such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, logic analyzers, and power supplies.
Lab Supervision: Managing lab operations, ensuring lab safety, equipment certification, and overseeing access control and property management to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Tool Crib Management: Maintaining the Engineering Tool Crib, managing tools and equipment, and tracking the necessary inventory for various tasks.
Purchasing and Parts Management: Creating purchase requests, tracking orders, receiving, kitting, and staging parts per job or program requirements.
Asset Management: Overseeing asset management for test equipment and ensuring proper documentation and traceability of equipment and systems.
Production Data Management: Managing production data in SAP and Routings for Test Equipment, including generating and maintaining As-Built Lists (ABLs).
Verification: Verifying the build-to-print packages and ensuring that test equipment meets all specifications for certification and operational standards.
Collaborative Support: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical, mechanical, and software engineers, to drive process improvements and ensure effective test equipment functionality.
This position requires ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in manufacturing, test equipment maintenance, repair, and calibration
Basic technical knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and measurement principles
Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools
Build/assembly experience using models, prints, and wiring diagrams as reference material
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD government clearance at the Secret level.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with MS Office tools

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $39,500 - $75,800. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
