You will be the Operations Engineering Senior Manager for the MFC Camden, AR site. Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is a recognized designer, developer, and manufacturer of precision engagement aerospace and defense systems for the U.S. and allied militaries. MFC develops, manufactures, and supports advanced combat, missile, rocket, manned and unmanned systems for military customers that include the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, NASA, and dozens of foreign allies.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Operations Engineering Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading Industrial Engineering and Lean Six Sigma activities for Camden Operations, developing strategies to enhance programs and meet world-class operations standards. Your responsibilities will include:
• Collaborating with other Industrial Engineering/Estimating leaders across the Business Area to ensure common practices and management systems along with sharing of best practices and lessons learned
• Identifying and developing talent for the Industrial Engineering/Estimating organization
• Managing all Estimating activities for Camden Operations including proposals, and fact finding and negotiating contracts with programs and customers
• Overseeing all traditional Industrial Engineering techniques conducted by the team including, but not limited to, work flow, capacity analysis, make/buy analysis, manpower planning, simulation modeling, production standards & realization/efficiency calculations, HPU support, PTS cost savings development, PMT support, material handling analysis/solutions, ergonomics analysis/solutions, SIAs, production layouts, and continuous improvement

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Proven leadership skills
Proven industrial engineering skills
Proven estimating and negotiating skills
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to obtain a Secret DoD clearance
Desired Skills:
Production Operations experience
Experience in Lean/Six Sigma processes (Black or Green Belt is preferred)
Active DoD Secret clearance
Previous experience leading affordability initiatives
Experience developing and/or using simulation and modeling
Strong understanding of Lockheed Martin Full Spectrum Leadership Competencies
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
