Position Summary
Odyssey is seeking an Associate Director to support the newly established Strategic Engagement Integration function. This key role will help shape and manage Odyssey's customer and partner engagement strategy, ensuring cohesive collaboration across operational teams to deliver exceptional support and added value to our customer base.
The AD will play a pivotal role in identifying cross-functional efficiencies, implementing best practices, and developing key engagement plans. By deepening Odyssey's understanding of customer priorities and challenges, the AD will align corporate focus to meet these needs effectively. This position will drive consistent, high-quality approaches to management and service delivery, helping Odyssey achieve exceptional performance ratings and identify opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
- In collaboration with, and in direct support of, Odyssey's Strategic Engagement team, help build and manage customer and strategic partner contacts, inform engagement topics and establish strategies.
- Provide value added advice to Odyssey managers on complex customer topics, suggesting approaches and providing recommendations to problem solving and establishing avenues to support customer problem solving.
- Support Odyssey management teams by recommending and helping to employ active relationship and customer engagement best practices, this may include suggestions to improve quality of meeting collaboration, product deliverable improvements to make them more informative and with mutually productive results.
- Facilitate information sharing across Odyssey management and operations organizations to share best practices, generate additional customer value and Odyssey benefit.
- Leverage experience and insight to improve insight and intimacy in critical customer spaces, to include Odyssey's dominant customer, the US Air Force.
- Collaborate with Operations and Growth team members to build and maintain strong, positive and mutually productive relationships with current and future customers.
- Interface with internal departments, all Operations Groups, Business Operations functions, Business Development, and Talent Acquisition.
- Participate in Operational contract management Integrated Service Delivery Team (ISDT) meetings and working groups, offering recommendations, advice and assistance to help solve challenges and implement efficiencies.
- Identify and work in partnership with internal organizations on continuous process improvement initiatives and activities.
- Help establish connections inside and across Odyssey operations groups, integrating across company and customer organizations. Investigate, understand, leverage and potentially expand capability integration across teams and to improve and potentially
- increase operational efficiency and benefit to customers.
- Advise on, contribute to Odyssey's preparation for program management reviews, operational self-assessments and customer engagements. When necessary, and appropriate, attend and participate in customer meetings.
- Help prepare responses on special topics and customer engagement items.
- Actively participate in industry and customer engagements such as conferences, symposiums representing the Odyssey brand throughout the community.
