Requirements

• Must possess an active DoD TS/SCI Clearance
• A minimum of four (4) years' Navy Shipboard Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) system operations, or equivalent experience is required
• Must be able to perform work within equipment spaces onboard US Navy platforms
• Expected to possess excellent oral and written communication skills and in the event prior documented experience is not present, candidates possessing a strong operations background, low-level systems administration experience, or Radio Frequency (RF) testing will be given consideration provided they exhibit the ability to train to the aforementioned responsibilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to follow configuration documentation and procedures is required

• Master Training Specialist (MTS)

Description

• Providing formal and informal shipboard and classroom instruction on Ship's Cryptologic Carry-on Program (CCOP) systems supporting afloat cryptologic personnel
• Providing Train-the-Trainer (T3) events to supporting the training teams implementation of new curriculum, systems, and systems updates
• Updating, Creating and implementing training documents and curriculum pertinent to CCOP systems (new and existing)
• Providing timelines and tracking throughout the creation and updates of CCOP curriculum to support customer's requirements
• Providing Subject Matter Expertise recommendations on training requirements
• Performing basic system troubleshooting, software configuration support and recommend resolution on CCOP
• Performing document reviews for technical accuracy
