Tyto Athene is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cyber Orders Management Technician to perform functions for the U.S. Space Force (USSF) as part of the USSF Vulnerability Management Program. The Contractor will be responsible for managing up to 2200 orders annually, ensuring 99% accuracy in the status of orders, and facilitating compliance reporting. The role requires expertise in managing orders and Plans of Action & Milestones (POA&M) across multiple systems and platforms to ensure effective communication and execution of USSF operations.
Responsibilities:
Orders and POA&M Management:
* Oversee and manage orders and POA&M under Delta 6 for the USSF Vulnerability Management Program, including overseeing the USSF Platform Information Technology (PIT) and mission system enterprise.
* Coordinate with Space Base Deltas, Space Launch Deltas, Space Mission Deltas, Space Operations Command, Space Systems Command, Space Training and Readiness Command, and other USSF Field Commands and Service Components.
* Manage a variety of order types, including Cyberspace Tasking Orders (CTO), Operations Orders (OPORD), Planning Orders (PLANORD), Warning Orders (WARNORD), Task Orders (TASKORD), and Fragmentary Orders (FRAGORD).
Order Processing and Tracking:
* Monitor, assess, analyze, process, disseminate, track, and report status and compliance of relevant orders via NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, and IKE systems.
* Ensure all orders are acknowledged by the appropriate organizations within one business day of dissemination, and follow up on non-acknowledgments as necessary.
* Process and disseminate orders using government-approved systems (currently IKE) and notify customers of new orders through Delta 6 Strategic Communications channels.
Compliance and Reporting:
* Track order and POA&M compliance via government-provided applications such as SharePoint and IKE, performing status checks at least twice daily.
* Provide daily status reports on order and POA&M compliance and completion to Delta 6, subordinate units, mission partners, and external tasking organizations (e.g., USSPACECOM, USCYBERCOM).
* Submit orders to the Government for review and approval within 30 minutes of completion, and ensure orders are disseminated within 30 minutes of Government approval.
* Develop and send reminder notifications to tasked organizations to ensure timely order completion, in accordance with Delta 6 policies.
Required:
* Prior experience in orders management, cyber operations, or military operations.
* Familiarity with military and cyber order types, including CTOs, OPORDs, PLANORDs, TASKORDs, and FRAGORDs.
* Experience using government systems such as IKE, SharePoint, and other tracking tools.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
* Excellent communication skills to facilitate coordination and follow-up actions with various organizations and stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently while adhering to government processes and timelines.
Desired:
* 4-years in Communications Squadron (or Sister Service equivalent), industry cybersecurity, USCYBERCOM/AFCYBER
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., cybersecurity, information technology, operations management).
* Experience in military or government operations is highly preferred.
Certification: None; Security+ Desired
Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000
