GCyber is seeking a Cloud and Virtualization Administrator, to support a high profile DISA customer in their mission to improve collaboration and information sharing between defense and intelligence organizations. As the Cloud and Virtualization Administrator you will serve as a critical member of the Network Operations Center Team ensuring the reliability and performance of the SWS services and virtualization environment.

As the Cloud and Virtualization Administrator, you will:
- Install, configure, and integrate servers and hardware, including VMware vSphere, Horizon View, and hybrid infrastructures.
- Provide system administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting support for virtual machine environments and VDI errors.
- Build and maintain highly available server clusters and virtualization environments to ensure capacity, availability, and performance.
- Support AWS workloads, including security controls, compliance management, and operations in a hybrid infrastructure.
- Conduct root cause analysis and resolve service incidents and problems for critical systems and applications.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance and be able to obtain and maintain a CI poly.
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience, additional years of relevant experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
- DoD 8570 IAT II Certification or higher (i.e., Security+, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP)
- 3+ years of system administration and/or engineering experience in virtualized environments
- Hands on experience managing VMware virtualization infrastructures
- Familiarity with AWS Virtual Private Clouds, Elastic Block Storage, and AWS Cloud Formation preferred
