Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
• 1. If someone wants exposure to a enterprise level technical role, this is a great place to do it. Now, there is controlled oversight so that they don’t shut production down, but they get the ability to learn a lot of new things.
• 2. For the junior level roles, leadership wants them up and out of the roles and into a new, specialized area within the year. This is great for junior level candidates. If they want to specialize in boundary or router or something else, it is leaderships intention to promote and move to those teams.
• 3. For the routing team, the BGP exposure they get is pretty vast. They can go work anywhere else in the DoD and be prepared based off of what they’re doing.
