Base-2 Solutions is seeking a motivated Senior Program Manager to join our prime contract to lead the day-to-day operations of a DoD/IC Zero Trust effort.

Job Description

• Responsible for assisting with the successful cost, schedule, and contract performance.
• Needs strong communication skills to interface with the Contract Officer Representative (COR), Government Program Manager, technical team and the Government stakeholders.
• Contributes to program efforts in several areas, including cost management, schedule estimation and tracking, manage security clearance processing, maintain program management documentation and quality assurance activities.
• Ensures proper performance of tasks necessary to ensure the most efficient and effective execution of the contract.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree with 16+ years' experience in technical management, managing programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Experience conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.
• Must possess TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• PMP or equivalent certification
• Experience in procurement support, including support to the development of customer needs statements, Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and coordination of procurement and delivery schedules.
• Experience managing large, complex teams.
• Ability to work inclusively with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
• Experience in managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as experience in leading a multi-vendor environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work, and establish positive customer relationships in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is preferred.
