Management Consultant - PKH Enterprises is looking for Management Consultants interested in a proposal effort that is underway supporting a defense client. This opportunity will be onsite work. Candidates will conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare reports, procedures, draft regulations, guidelines, briefings, and related documentation to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
Tasks will include:
• Performing data collection, interviewing, data modeling, project testing, and creation of performance measurements to support project objectives.
• Perform research and prepare and conduct business analyses and studies, needs assessments, requirements analysis/definition and cost/benefit analyses to align business systems, solutions, and initiatives.
• Develop, analyze, evaluate, advise on, and improve the effectiveness of management controls, processes, information and documentation systems, and similar functions of management.
• Develop business methods for problem solving, process change, and solutions implementation ensuring enterprise-wide integration.
• Identify best practices, assess performance measurement, and research, collect, and verify data and translate it into strategic and operational guidance.
• Guide and assist clients through a wide range of management and organizational and business improvement and modernization initiatives.
• Support customer requirements for communication of organizational vision, mission, and strategy.
• Prepare background papers, briefings, and speeches; creates web and portal content; and perform similar organizational messaging activities.
• Support customers in the development, implementation, and maintenance of strategy, doctrine, standards, policies, and procedures.
Qualified candidates must meet the following basic requirements:
• Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Candidates must have active TS/SCI clearance.
Preferred skills:
• Candidates with 10+ years of experience.
• Master’s degree.
• Experience leading major work assignments.
• Must have domain and expert technical knowledge, as well as extensive experience in the development of solutions, recommendations, or outcomes. Decision making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation.
• Experience supervising others.
