Data Intelligence, LLC (DI) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow development and integration, as well as the ability to work on a variety of systems and tools supporting mission-critical operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full software development lifecycle support, including the development, ongoing operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and administration of information systems.
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow modules in alignment with industry best practices and client requirements.
- Support and execute integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, including ITSM systems, to ensure seamless functionality.
- Design and develop complex workflows and business rules within the ServiceNow platform.
- Create and manage new data tables within ServiceNow to support business processes and requirements.
- Design and generate detailed reports and dashboards for business stakeholders using ServiceNow's reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Implement and sustain various ServiceNow modules, ensuring they align with operational requirements and security standards.
- Perform basic system administration duties, such as user management, security roles, and application access control within ServiceNow.
- Maintain version control and configuration management for all development and operational code in ServiceNow.
- Conduct both manual and automated testing (functional, regression, security, and performance) within the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline to ensure system stability and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to ServiceNow integrations, workflows, and user interfaces.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Information Systems, with a focus on ServiceNow development and support.
- Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow module development, integrations, workflows, data tables, reports, dashboards, and system administration.
- Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM integration and configuring ServiceNow modules.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Security Clearance: Active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience supporting U.S. Navy (USN) systems and applications.
- Experience with ServiceNow integration with other enterprise platforms and systems.
- Knowledge of ITIL and related frameworks.

- ServiceNow Certified Application Specialist (CAS)
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA)
