Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Telecommunications Lead to join an ARNG program out of Arlington, VA. This position is fully onsite and requires an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities of the Telecommunications Lead:
- Install, configure, and maintain telecommunications systems (AVAYA, CISCO, etc.)
- Supervise and lead a team of technicians, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met
- Perform fiber and copper installation and support, including termination, testing, and troubleshooting
- Communicate effectively with senior officials and stakeholders, bridging technical terminology gaps
Qualifications of the Telecommunications Lead:
- 10+ years of experience functioning in a Telecommunications role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position
- Knowledge and experience with AVAYA communications system 2.1 or greater
- CISCO Unified Communications phone system
- Call lead voicemail system and Communication Lead Messaging
- Fiber and copper installation and support (termination, testing, installing)
- Must possess current IAT Level II Certification: CCNA-Security, CND, Security+ CE, CySA+
- High School Diploma required
Compensation for the Telecommunications Lead:
- Salary: $60,000-105,000/year *flexible based on experience*
