I am partnered with a Series B defense tech start-up looking to hire a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team working on their flagship product. In this role, you will need a background that allows you to be 50% technical (e.g., conducting code reviews and working closely with the Product team to build out the roadmap) and 50% focused on leadership and management.
