The Opportunity:

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in the military every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As a Requirements Manager, you use your spe cia lized te chn ical experience and your attention to detail to coordinate, review, validate, assign, and approve collection and intelligence requirements and requests for information, to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters.

You Have:

  • 5 + years of experience with sof tware-based production and collection management systems such as Coliseum, GETS, CHROME, and CRATE in support of registering, validating, deconflicting, assigning, and scheduling crisis and non-crisis requirements for finished intelligence production
  • 5+ years of experience with intelligence operations, collection management, or mission management, including creating and maintaining databases to better understand and synchronize intelligence picture, resource allocation, and staffing requirements
  • 2+ years of experience with OSINT, HUMINT, or CI collection management planning
  • Knowledge of intelligence collection principles, including collection strategies and tactics
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate complex collection requirements, identify patterns and trends, and draw conclusions
  • Ability to communicate complex te chn ical information to non-te chn ical audiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities and deadlines
  • TS / SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 11 years of experience with sof tware-based production and collection management systems such as Coliseum, GETS, CHROME, and CRATE in support of registering, validating, deconflicting, assigning, and scheduling crisis and non-crisis requirements for finished intelligence production, Asso cia te's Degree and 9 years of experience with sof tware-based production and collection management systems such as Coliseum, GETS, CHROME, and CRATE in support of registering, validating, deconflicting, assigning, and scheduling crisis and non-crisis requirements for finished intelligence production, or Bachelor's degree


Nice If You Have:

  • Experience at a Combatant Command or Service Center
  • Experience applying knowledge management or data science te chn iques and procedures to client problems to drive efficiency
  • Possession of excellent organizational skills, including updating tracking mechanisms, compiling analytic reports, and resp ond ing to tasks
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills


Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
