Koniag Professional Services, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an Operations and Sustainment Analyst with TS/SCI clearance to support KPS and our government customer at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• The Contractor shall serve as current operations program analyst for requirements and resources. The Contractor shall be the directorate lead for all AMCOM reset matters, to include representing DAMO-AV in all Reset/Preset meetings and conferences.
• The Contractor shall participate in all remaining AMCOM working groups and meetings requiring HQDA support.
• The Contractor shall represent DAMO-AV in all matters associated with sourcing and deployment of Army aviation formations to named operations and rotational deployments.
• The Contractor shall represent DAMO-AV with DAMO-OD and Joint Staff coordination Request for Forces (RFF) and Global Force Management associated with Army aviation formations.
• The Contractor shall represent DAMO-AV in planning and coordination for equipping aviation formation deploying to named operations and rotational deployments.
• The Contractor shall develop and brief Army aviation deployments and represent DAMO-AV in deployment conferences when required.
• The Contractor shall participate in developing and maintaining Mission Equipment Packages for deploying Army aircraft.
• The Contractor shall develop, coordinate and publish HQDA Executive Orders (EXORDs) for combat theater-deployed Army aircraft and aviation support equipment transfers.
• The Contractor shall participate in coordination for aircraft and equipment transfers between and within Reserve Components IAW Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 1225.06 Equipping the Reserve Forces.
• The Contractor shall have a developed understanding of the Army Training Model and the Aviation Training Strategy to include training inputs, data cost factors, and unit force structures.
• The Contractor shall track Army Aviation Flying Hour Program execution to inform future POM positions.
• The Contractor shall have a thorough understanding and working knowledge of training, force management, logistics and financial policies and systems within the framework of PPBE.
• The Contractor shall monitor and report on related funding in appropriately Aviation tagged MDEPS across PEGs through ePROBE to ensure adequate funding for programs in all aspects of DTLOMPF.

Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• The Contractor personnel shall have at least a bachelor's degree
• A minimum of ten (10) years related aviation experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Army force generation process and Global Force Management (GFM); Demonstrated knowledge of Army aviation fielding, modification, and reset process
• Demonstrated knowledge of the HQDA orders publication process
• TS/ SCI clearance required

Working Environment & Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.

The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
