Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior Pr ogram Manager to support a federal government client.

  • Must maintain continuity between the support operations at HQ USCENTCOM on MacDill AFB and the contractor's corporate offices.
  • Desired qualifications, in addition to standard SIA 3 qualifications and skill requirements, include experience at a Combatant Command (CCMD) or an equivalent organization and knowledge in the regional, political and military issue in the USCENTCOM AOR.

(Integrated Broadcast Service (IBS))
  • Shall provide Program Manager support with demonstrated proficiency in the prioritization and dissemination of time-critical lethal threat data to the warfighter through single integrated architectures and receiver families. This is accomplished by using common message formats and common Communications Security (COMSEC) through systems like, but not limited to, the Integrated Broadcast System.
  • Manage the content and dissemination of near-real-time (NRT) intelligence and operational data within the USCENTCOM AOR. Crises may require surge support outside of normal work hours.
  • Provide the primary point of contact for the daily management and oversight of data feeds (to include but not limited to: PROFORMA, ELINT, Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR), Foreign Instrumentation Signals Intelligence (FISINT), MASINT, GEOINT, and OSINT ingested into the system from various intelligence and operational sources (to include but not limited to: National Systems, Friendly Force Tracking/Combat Search and Rescue, AEGIS and SIGINT capable ships, Airborne Tactical Platforms, and Distributed Common Ground System).
  • Prioritize the content of NRT data feeds disseminated via satellite communications and computer
  • networks IAW USCENTCOM HQ and component requirements.
  • Develop, validate, and document system technical solutions.
  • Update and maintain system SOPs for USCENTCOM NRT dissemination functions.
  • Develop and staff for approval CONOPS for USCENTCOM AOR NRT dissemination functions.


Job Requirements

Desired experience :
  • Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Experience at a Combatant Command or equivalent organization and experience in the regional, political and military issue in the CENTCOM AOR.

Desired education:
  • Desired master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.


Security Clearance:
  • Security clearance required TS/SCI.
