- Palo Alto, CA
- Livermore, CA

Qualifications:
- Active California CNA Certification
- Current BLS Certification
- 2 Years of Clinical Experience
- U.S. Citizenship
- High School Diploma
Key Responsibilities:
Direct Patient Care (90% of the time):
- Deliver comprehensive nursing assistant services comparable to those in top-tier civilian medical facilities.
- Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and physicians to ensure high-quality care.
- Provide care at all stages, adhering to VA and Joint Commission standards.
- Operate and maintain medical equipment necessary for care delivery.
- Educate patients and their families on health and wellness topics.
Administrative Duties (10% of the time):
- Participate in quality improvement activities and meetings.
- Complete quality assurance and performance improvement documentation.
- Maintain adherence to infection control standards and ensure patient safety.
- Accurately document care in the electronic medical record system.
Work Schedule:
- Full-Time | 40 hours per week
- Flexible shifts available between 7:00 AM and 12:00 AM
- Sample shifts include:
- 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
- 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
- 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
- Enjoy 11 federal holidays off with no on-call responsibilities.
