Responsibilities
The Discovery and Collections Specialist will perform tasking functions for Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Production. The discovery and collections specialist will place tasking requirements for Mapping requirements, National Technical Means and other collection sources of imagery to allow the development of GEOINT based products. The primary result of this effort will result in timely imagery collection of the target area with usable imagery, the management of the collection request to ensure that requested imagery is still being collected, or when imagery is no longer required, that the collection is de-linked to allowing for other target taskings.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI clearance required to start
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience
- Bachelors Degree in related field
- Experience designing, developing, and delivering operations research applications (databases, websites, tools, and products) that are geospatially enabled to support a multitude of intelligence issues
- Experience utilizing advanced programming techniques, using the following: HTML 5/Javascript, ArcObjects, Python, Model Builder, Oracle, SQL, GIScience, Geospatial Analysis, Statistics, ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Server, Arc SDE, ArcIMS, SPSS, SAS
- Experience Customizing ArcGIS templates, Manage ArcGIS Portals, and Customize ESRI StoryMap Templates.
- Experience with NET, Python, C++ and/or JAVA programming for web interface development and geodatabase development.
