Primary Duties & Responsibilities
$86,000 - $90,000
This pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of specific compensation or salary. Position Summary

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end student registration for approximately 2,300 students per year.
- Maintain, input, update, and file registration and academic records for students.
- Provide leadership with sufficient and clear information for appropriate decision-making based on student records and academic records.
- Act as a liaison with service training focal points to identify service training requirements and ensure class quotas are filled in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update the student Learning Management System, as well as tracking spreadsheets, and shall formulate data into various reports and graphs as requested by the government.
- At least 5 years of experience working in a training academy, college/university environment, or performing administrative management support tasks.
- Experience using a learning management system (LMS).
- Have the ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical activities simultaneously.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
