Responsibilities

Peraton is currently seeking to hire an experienced Operations Lead in support of the Army Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN-A) Cybersecurity and Network Operations Mission Support (ADCNOMS) program located at Fort Huachuca, AZ.

Candidate must reside within a 90-mile radius of Ft. Huachuca, AZ, with the ability to come on-site as required. Will follow the same telework arrangements as their NETCOM Government counterparts.

In this role, you will:

Be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and tracking all tasks and deliverables such as:
  • Requests for Change
  • Vulnerability Assessments
  • Registry Account Creation
  • Block/Un-block Requests
  • Baseline Change
  • Ports, Protocols, & Services Request
  • ATC Request
  • CTO Reports (Compliance, Analysis)
  • JFHQ-DoDIN Order
  • ARCYBER Named Operations
  • NECOM Named Operation
  • Unit Artifacts and CTO POA&Ns
  • Endpoint Security
  • Shift Change
  • Performance Reports
  • Weekly Activity Reports
  • Findings
  • IT Metrics
  • KPI and operational metrics
  • Support Site Program Lead is execution of Business Operations for successful execution of program objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements imposed by the contract; coordinate with Peraton contracts, subcontracts, security, staffing manager, and human resources
  • Support interaction with government contracts team and technical points of contact regarding financial execution, execution to contract requirements, and program risk and opportunities
  • Manage deliverables execution
  • Support coordination across team and stakeholders to effectively execute program tasks to include preparation of customer and corporate presentations and reports
  • Maintain program documentation
  • Manage analysis and recommend action to programmatic challenges and issues
  • Conduct program meetings, responsible for program tracking and analysis
  • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, program estimates, resource plans, and status reports as needed
Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Project Management, Business Management, Economics, Political Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience, in a supervisory or management position
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Project/Program Manager
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communications skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Requires ITILv4 Foundation Certification
  • Ability to travel as required (CONUS/OCONUS)
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Active SECRET Security clearance
  • Ability to obtain a higher security clearance if required (TOP Secret/SCI)

Desired:
  • Master's degree in Business Management, Program Management, Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
  • CAPM, PMP, or equivalent certification
  • Experience supporting a DoD Army customer

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
