Responsibilities
Peraton is currently seeking to hire an experienced Site Program Lead in support of the Army Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN-A) Cybersecurity and Network Operations Mission Support (ADCNOMS) program located at Fort Huachuca, AZ.
Candidate must reside within a 90-mile radius of Ft. Huachuca, AZ, with the ability to come on-site as required. Will follow the same telework arrangements as their NETCOM Government counterparts.

Peraton is currently seeking to hire an experienced Site Program Lead in support of the Army Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN-A) Cybersecurity and Network Operations Mission Support (ADCNOMS) program located at Fort Huachuca, AZ.

In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for coordinating with the KO and COR in making decisions impacting the overall contract to include management, staffing, and operational approach
- Be responsible for overall operational approach
- Be responsible for delegation of responsibilities
- Ensure the terms of the PWS are fully executed
- Keep COR apprised of all personnel whereabouts, local, TDY in support of Force protection
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Project Management, Business Management, Economics, Political Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience, in a supervisory or management position.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Project/Program Manager.
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communications skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Requires ITILv4 Foundation Certification
- Ability to travel as required (CONUS/OCONUS)
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Active SECRET Security clearance
- Ability to obtain a higher security clearance if required (TOP Secret/SCI).
Desired:
- CAPM, PMP, or equivalent certification.
- Master's degree in Business Management, Program Management, Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
- Experience supporting a DoD Army customer
