We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR
functions and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR processes.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Generalist is to aid in the administration and support of overall HR operations. This role involves a variety of
administrative and support tasks to ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies. This is a Hybrid position,
where at times you will need to be on-site at our headquarters located in Arlington, VA.
Duties:
- Support employee on-boarding and orientation program
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in payroll processing
- Administer various employee benefit programs including working with employees and benefit providers
- Strive to become knowledgeable on all SA benefit programs
- Support annual open enrollment
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Assist with annually required reports and testing; EEO1, Vets-4212, Affirmative Action Plan, 5500s, 401(k) Audit
- Assist with monthly companywide reporting and evaluate monthly, quarterly and annual metrics
- Assist with performance management including the annual review period
- Assist with companywide communications
- Assist in the development, revision, communication and enforcement of HR policies and procedures
- Monitor compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
- Handle sensitive employee information with care and maintain confidentiality
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by HR managers, such as creating reports and assisting with budget preparation.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a government contracting environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government DoD security clearance
- Ability to work independently, multi-task through to completion, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate clearly via email or phone with an emphasis on active listening
- Certifications: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation or other relevant certifications may be required
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR policies and procedures, as well as government regulations
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Ability to work effectively in both a team setting and independently
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with management, co-workers, benefit vendors
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
