Description
SAIC is seeking a proven RMF Lead to join an US Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) program. This is your opportunity to evaluate and potentially re-invent how the US Army delivers network operations and IT services worldwide to meet mission requirements. This program, in partnership with our customer, will provide a unified, global IT environment allowing the US Army to rapidly integrate, and deliver services to network operators and decision makers within global locations across NETCOM operation. This position is your opportunity to utilize your skills and background as a Senior Program Manager and provide decision dominance support to the warfighting mission with cutting edge networking technology, automation, and business process refinement for the US Army.
This positon is contingent on contract award which is expected in March 2025. Work must be performed at cusotmer site in Sierra Vista, AZ at Fort Huachuca.
Candidate must live within a 90-mile radius of Sierra Vista.
Performs Cyber Systems Architecture, Cyber Technology Research & Development, Cyber Data Administration, Cyber Knowledge Management, Cyber Network Services, Cyber Systems Administration, Cyber Systems Analysis, and Cybersecurity Defense Infrastructure Support activities from the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE) Framework. This work can primarily be categorized as Infrastructure Security, in that employees in this job code are concerned with the maintenance, administration, engineering, architecture, development, patching, and upgrades of the various toolsets, devices, applications, and systems used to perform cybersecurity and cyberspace operations. In accordance with enterprise IT change and configuration management policies, implements changes to cybersecurity and/or cyberspace operational systems, software, appliances, devices, etc. Implements system configuration and monitoring changes in order to increase effectiveness or efficiencies in the system s capabilities in regards to monitoring and implementing logical access controls in order to enforce policy. May support cybersecurity and/or cyberspace operations metrics development, maintenance, and reporting. Designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs cybersecurity and/or cyberspace operations application software using secure coding practices. Provides specific, detailed information for selection, implementation techniques, and tools for the most efficient solution to meet business needs, including present and future capacity requirements, facility requirements, data storage, backup, monitoring, operating systems, directory services, identity management, access management, and automation. Ensures compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
SCOPE: Directs and controls the activities of a broad functional area through lower management levels. Has responsibility for managing a function that includes multiple related departments. Involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide effect.
PROBLEM COMPLEXITY: Establishes policies appropriate for the function. Interprets and recommends modifications to company-wide policies and practices. Develops budgets, schedules and performance standards.
FREEDOM TO ACT: Objectives are defined in collaboration with senior management and results assessed from a relatively long-term perspective.
IMPACT: Decisions have a serious impact on the overall success or failure on area of accountability. Erroneous decisions or recommendations may cause critical delays or modifications to company projects or operations causing substantial expenditure of time, workforce, and funds.
LIAISON: Interacts with senior management concerning matters of significance to the company. Conducts business and technical briefings for senior management and for external representatives.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree and eighteen (18) years of experience or Masters and sixteen (16) years experience, an additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:
- Must have an active Top Secret clearance
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
- CISSP
