Senior Management Process Analyst

Location: Hill AFB, UT (onsite)

Position Summary:

Command Cyber Solutions (a federal government contractor) is seeking a qualified Senior Management Process Analyst to support a contractor located at Hill Air Force Base, Utah (HAFB). This role is pivotal in driving process excellence, better project management execution, fostering change management, and ensuring robust configuration and documentation management. The ideal candidate will take ownership of improving our internal processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and scalability across the organization.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Process Improvement and Optimization:

• Analyze and assess current business processes across departments to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and risks and work with the PMO team to provide solutions
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Establish two (2) key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and measure process improvements within the first 90 days.

Change Management:

• Develop a plan to measure and implement the speed of change adoption, utilization of changes, and proficiently in applying changes within the first 6 months.
• Lead change management initiatives by creating and maintaining baselines, timelines, and communication strategies.
• Oversee the process and enforcement protocols of applying software patches and updates, ensuring minimal disruption to operations while maintaining system integrity.
• Implement and maintain controls for tracking and auditing media libraries, ensuring proper versioning and access restrictions from customer requirements.
• Ensure all changes are properly documented, communicated, and aligned with organizational policies and compliance standards.
• Utilize the Prosci Change Triangle of Change Management to achieve a successful framework with leadership, project management, and change management.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to support change initiatives and enhance user engagement.

Configuration and Documentation Management:

• Develop and maintain configuration management processes, ensuring proper tracking and control of assets and system changes.
• Create metrics on documentation management that can be used to improve our baseline. This include, but not limited to, completeness ratio's, document update frequencies, access tim, version accuracy and others.
• Implement tools and systems to automate and streamline documentation and configuration tasks.
• Help development and maintain project success metrics for cost and schedule variance, SPI and CPI's.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Act as a liaison between teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration on process-related projects.
• Partner with Sustainment, Cyber, Infrastructure, and the PMO to identify and resolve process-related challenges.
• Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and project meetings to align on process goals.

Risk Management and Compliance:

• Ensure all processes and changes comply with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
• Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigations for process-related vulnerabilities.
• Support audit and compliance activities with relevant process and documentation deliverables.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Six (6) years of experience in process analysis, project management, change management, or a similar role.

Security Clearance Requirement:

Active Secret Clearance required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements:

• Proven expertise in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN).
• Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
• Experience with configuration management tools and practices (e.g., ITIL, CMDB).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced proficiency in process documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
• Strong project management skills, with experience using tools such (e.g., Atlassian Suite)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.

Working Conditions/Working Environment/Physical Demands

• Basic office work environment at government facility location.
• Hours of operation are M-F between 0600-1800; work will be performed during core business hours.
• Occasionally, project requirements may require temporary adjustment of work hours/days.
• Duties are subject to change based on the needs of the customer.
