We are seeking a Program Manager to lead groundbreaking initiatives in advanced projects, focusing on systems, product development, and capability enhancement. In this role, you'll oversee internal research and development efforts, ensuring our solutions stay ahead of technological trends while addressing critical operational needs.

Our work supports Department of Defense (DoD) network and tactical communications, enhancing capabilities across platforms like tactical data links, line-of-sight and beyond line-of-sight radios, and crossbanding IP data. Your leadership will ensure our solutions meet the highest standards while integrating end-user feedback into every phase of development.

What You'll Do

•Collaborate with the Engineering and Technology teams to design systems aligned with strategic goals and emerging trends.

•Lead development efforts to deliver innovative software, hardware, and networking solutions that enhance IP-based communications.

•Manage project portfolios, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical objectives are met.

•Advance low-TRL systems into deployment-ready solutions for fleet operations.

•Partner with real-world operators to understand user needs and translate them into functional requirements.

•Plan and execute demonstrations, experiments, and fleet evaluations.

•Ensure system attributes and development environments comply with DoD security standards.

•Support engineering teams by resolving challenges and optimizing workflows.
What You Bring

Essential Skills & Experience

•A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).

•8-10 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing technical systems.

•Proven ability to lead teams in system development, testing, and deployment.

•Familiarity with DoD R&D processes, life cycle management, and military networking systems.

•Experience developing test plans and managing system tests.

•Knowledge of Agile development practices and professional software development environments.

•U.S. citizenship with an active SECRET clearance.
Preferred Skills & Experience

•Expertise in ship-based networks, tactical data links, or pLEO communications.

•Familiarity with military platforms (USN/USAF/USMC TACAIR, rotary-wing systems).

•Advanced certifications such as PMP, MBA, or equivalent management training.

•Experience leading software-based systems development.

•Strong understanding of networking, troubleshooting, and military airworthiness certification processes.
